Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- With original tags, packaging, and any accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@wrldtags.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at hello@wrldtags.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
